Creek Wall Project – Pre and Post Construction. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no General Fund impact associated with this contract. Initial funds for this project were approved <br />and appropriated in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget in the Capital Outlay Fund: Storm Drain – Redwood <br />Creek & Channels program. Supplemental funds were approved and appropriated in Fiscal Year 2024-25 <br />from the same fund. The revised contract amount as approved by the City Council on August 26, 2024, <br />was $1,441,400 and authorized the City Manager or their designee to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10 percent of the new contract amount for a not to exceed total in the amount of <br />$1,585,540. The final contract amount was $1,489,850.43. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The recommended project acceptance is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) as defined by CEQA Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a <br />direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />6.A. - Page 3 of 4 <br />10
