Adopt a resolution authorizing City Manager to sign and <br />execute a Primary Grant Agreement (PGA) with the San Mateo <br />County Transportation Authority for future Measure A and W <br />funding over the next 10 years; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager, or designee, to <br />execute project-specific supplemental agreements for <br />allocation of Measures A and W grants over the next 10 years.
