Page 4 of 7 <br />6.F.Agreement for Services with Pump Repair Service Co. for water pump <br />preventative maintenance and on-call repairs <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Services for water pump preventative maintenance and on-call repairs with <br />Pump Repair Service Co. for a one-year term through 2025 in an amount not to <br />exceed $235,215, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for <br />two additional two-year periods through 2029, for a total contract not-to-exceed <br />amount of $1,248,788. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.G.Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with One Workplace for storage <br />and delivery of furniture for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the Agreement for Services with One Workplace for storage and delivery of <br />furniture for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, increasing the not- <br />to-exceed amount by $32,733 from the General Fund, resulting in a total contract <br />amount not to exceed $134,639. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H.Approve January 13, 2025 City Council Minutes <br />6.I.Approve claims and checks from January 27, 2025 to February 8, 2025 and the <br />usual and necessary payments through February 8, 2025 <br />7.PUBLIC HEARINGS Page 127 <br />7.A.Approve maximum 2025 solid waste collection rates for regular and <br />unscheduled services provided by Recology San Mateo County and accept and <br />adopt Franchise Fee Study <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Hold a public hearing on proposed increases to solid waste collection rates and <br />if written protests are not made by a majority of the affected parcels, adopt a <br />resolution approving maximum 2025 solid waste collection rates and adopting <br />the Franchise Fee Study (requires 5/7 vote); and <br />2. Direct staff to continue to promote the City's Utility Rate Assistance Program. <br />4
