REV: 12-06-24 MI <br />During the warranty period for any new equipment installation, the Contractor shall <br />be responsible for making contact between the equipment manufacturer and the <br />City regarding any required service determined to be under warranty. The <br />Contractor will notify the City of any undue delays in response and provide details <br />of each incident. <br />G. Quality of Work <br />All work shall be performed according to City and/or industry standards and to the <br />complete satisfaction of the City. All parts and materials installed shall be the <br />manufacturer’s authorized parts or specifically approved by the City in writing prior <br />to installation. Unsatisfactory work shall be immediately corrected by the <br />Contractor at no additional cost to the City. <br />III. Payment Terms <br />Contractor will provide the services outlined above on a per task basis not-to-exceed <br />$235,215. Fees will be billed based on actual hours and materials used per the rate <br />schedule as described below. Rates below include tax, delivery, labor and travel time, <br />and Contractor shall not be permitted to charge separately for tax, delivery, labor, or travel <br />time for any task.
