REV: 10-04-24 LF <br />•Cables-Bolting Present – Yes or No <br />•Stakes Present – Yes or No <br />•Comments – Consultant shall clear all previous comments and shall not add any <br />comments in this field. <br />•DRG Updated – Yes, No, N/A <br />Progress Updates and Communications <br />•Consultant shall map the streets, parks, and properties that have been inventoried <br />and provide at least weekly updates to City Staff regarding the number of trees <br />that have been inventoried and their location. <br />•Consultant shall inform City Staff where they intend to collect data for each working <br />week. <br />•Should any issues arise, Consultant shall inform City Staff within one business <br />day. <br />Schedule <br />•Consultant shall begin the Scope of Services as described in this Agreement for <br />the tree inventory in accordance with a mutually agreed start date between the <br />Parties or within ninety (90 days) of contract execution, whichever is sooner.
