REV: 10-04-24 LF <br />FEE <br />While unknown, it is estimated there will be around 27,000 to 35,000 total trees included <br />in this tree inventory. Consultant shall bill on a per site basis at $7.30 per site in calendar <br />year 2024 for a total not to exceed amount of $255,500. If Consultant shall perform <br />inventory work in calendar year 2025, Consultant shall bill on a per site basis of no more <br />than $7.66 per site. One round of revisions to deliverables is included in this rate. An <br />additional 10% contingency not to exceed $25,550 is also available for any additional <br />unanticipated costs related to this project, such as, but not limited to, work being <br />performed in 2025, but Consultant shall notify and obtain pre-approval from City Staff <br />prior to using this contingency amount. <br />Description Amount <br />Not-to-exceed amount for tree inventory $255,500 <br />10% Contingency $25,550 <br />Total Agreement Not-to-Exceed Amount $281,050 <br />Consultant shall submit invoices on a monthly basis.
