Installation of all-way stop signs at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Duane <br />Street (304) Reso 16246 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing the installation of all-way stop signs at the intersection of <br />Harrison Avenue and Duane Street. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br /> <br /> 6.D. Award of contract to McNabb Construction, Inc. and Park Associates doing business as <br />(Dba) Park Planet for the Jardin de Ninos Park Expansion Project and supply of metal <br />frame structure, with funding from Park Impact Fees, grants, and Capital Improvement <br />Program funds, to expand the parks services in the City's Stambaugh-Heller <br />Neighborhood (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, award a contract, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the standard form construction contract documents, for the Jardin De Ninos Park <br />Expansion Project to McNabb Construction, Inc. of Lafayette, CA in the amount of <br />$491,491; and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, <br />up to 10 percent of the original contract amount, for a total amount not to exceed <br />$540,640; and <br />2. By motion, award a contract, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the standard form construction contract documents, for the supply of metal frame <br />structure to Park Associates Dba Park Planet of Red Bluff, CA in the amount of $159,856; <br />and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10 <br />percent of the original contract amount, for a total amount not to exceed $175,842. <br /> <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 3. New construction or conversion of small structures; and <br />Class 4. Minor alterations to land <br /> <br /> 6.E. Final acceptance of the Hawes Park Synthetic Turf Replacement Project (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Hawes Park Synthetic Turf Replacement Project, and authorize the <br />release of bonds and the retention according to City procedures. <br />
