Installation of all-way stop signs at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Duane Street (304) Reso 16246 Recommendation: Adopt a resolution authorizing the installation of all-way stop signs at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Duane Street. CEQA: Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities 6.D. Award of contract to McNabb Construction, Inc. and Park Associates doing business as (Dba) Park Planet for the Jardin de Ninos Park Expansion Project and supply of metal frame structure, with funding from Park Impact Fees, grants, and Capital Improvement Program funds, to expand the parks services in the City's Stambaugh-Heller Neighborhood (304) Recommendation: 1. By motion, award a contract, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard form construction contract documents, for the Jardin De Ninos Park Expansion Project to McNabb Construction, Inc. of Lafayette, CA in the amount of $491,491; and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10 percent of the original contract amount, for a total amount not to exceed $540,640; and 2. By motion, award a contract, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard form construction contract documents, for the supply of metal frame structure to Park Associates Dba Park Planet of Red Bluff, CA in the amount of $159,856; and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10 percent of the original contract amount, for a total amount not to exceed $175,842. CEQA: Categorically Exempt - Class 3. New construction or conversion of small structures; and Class 4. Minor alterations to land 6.E. Final acceptance of the Hawes Park Synthetic Turf Replacement Project (304) Recommendation: By motion, accept the Hawes Park Synthetic Turf Replacement Project, and authorize the release of bonds and the retention according to City procedures.
