Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Municipal Code Chapters <br />18 (Local Improvements & Planning) and 27A (Stormwater Management and Discharge <br />Control Program), and repealing and replacing Municipal Code Chapter 30 <br />(Subdivisions), to conform to current laws, provide greater streamlining of subdivision <br />applications, and improve flexibility to accommodate housing developments <br /> (305) Reso 16248 <br /> <br />Engineering and Transportation Director Tanisha Werner introduced the item, and <br />Assistant Engineering and Transportation Director James O’Connell gave the <br />presentation. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Local <br />Improvements & Planning) and Chapter 27A (Stormwater Management and Discharge <br />Control Program) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, and repealing and replacing <br />Chapter 30 (Subdivisions); and <br />2. Adopt resolution adopting updated Green Infrastructure Development Standards for <br />new building and substantial commercial remodels in accordance with Chapters 12 and <br />27A of the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Espinoza-Garnica and Eakin, to waive first reading and introduce <br />an ordinance amending Chapter 18 (Local Improvements & Planning) and Chapter 27A <br />(Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Program) of the Redwood City
