Agreement for Services with Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to <br />assess the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for services <br />with Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) to conduct an assessment of the <br />City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system’s effectiveness in meeting the City’s <br />specific needs in the areas of human resources, payroll, project portfolio management <br />(cost recovery), purchasing and procurement, and potentially other areas and make <br />recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the system including a <br />contingent amount for optional services, in an amount not to exceed $160,000. <br /> <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B. Award contract to Kimley-Horn to complete the outreach and design phase for <br />Roosevelt Avenue Permanent Traffic Calming Project, with funding provided by grant <br />funds (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for <br />Services with Kimley-Horn to develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and <br />assist with neighborhood outreach for the Roosevelt Avenue Permanent Traffic Calming <br />Project in the amount of $379,305 and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the contract amount, not to exceed <br />$417,236. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br /> <br /> 6.C. Final acceptance of the Belmont Slough Emergency Levee Repair project <br />(304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, accept the Belmont Slough Emergency Levee Repair project and authorize <br />the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures; and <br />2. By motion, approve the City Manager’s emergency action and determine that the <br />Belmont Slough Emergency Levee Repair project was necessary to respond to the
