Agreement for Services with OverDrive, Inc. for electronic materials access (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year Agreement <br />for Services with OverDrive, Inc. for electronic materials access (eBooks, eAudiobooks, <br />eComics and streaming movies, music, television) for a an amount of $150,000 from <br />September 2024 to September 2027, and authorize the City Manager to extend the <br />agreement for two additional two-year terms in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per <br />extension, through September 2031, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed <br />$350,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.F.
