Application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) for extension of <br />sanitary sewer service to 2835 Brewster Avenue (304) Reso 16251 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing application to the Local Agency Formation Commission <br />(LAFCo) requesting approval for extension of sanitary sewer services to 2835 Brewster <br />Avenue (APN 058-253-290) outside of the City’s jurisdictional boundary. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.E. Parcel map and associated agreements for the 557 E. Bayshore development by <br />Redwood Crossing LLC (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Parcel Map 2024-004 for the 557 E. Bayshore development at 557 <br />E. Bayshore Road; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement with Redwood Crossing LLC, subject to any minor, clarifying <br />and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Redwood Crossing LLC, subject to <br />any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Improvement Agreement with Redwood Crossing LLC, subject to any <br />minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Regulatory <br />Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with Redwood Crossing LLC, for the <br />affordable units in Building A and subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming <br />changes approved by the City Attorney, and take all actions necessary to carry out the <br />Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants; and <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Regulatory <br />Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with Redwood Crossing LLC, for the <br />affordable units in Building B and subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming <br />changes approved by the City Attorney, and take all actions necessary to carry out the <br />Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants.
