__________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD/ October 28, 2024 <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES PAGE 6 <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 69 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Permit (AP2023-030), Vesting Tentative Parcel Map (TM2023-006), Density Bonus with <br />associated Concessions and Waivers, subject to Conditions of Approval; an Affordable <br />Housing Plan and Affordable Housing Land Donation Agreement. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Project Consistent with General Plan or Zoning (Section 15183) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Martinez Saballos, to adopt a resolution determining <br />that environmental review of the 847 Woodside Project has been completed pursuant <br />to Section 15168 and Section 15183 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Guidelines, passed 4-0-3 by electronic vote, with Mayor Gee and Council Member Eakin <br />recused, and Council Member Howard absent. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Martinez Saballos and Sturken, to adopt a resolution approving <br />the 847 Woodside project including an Architectural Permit (AP2023-030), Vesting <br />Tentative Parcel Map (TM2023-006), Density Bonus with associated Concessions and <br />Waivers, subject to Conditions of Approval; an Affordable Housing Plan and Affordable <br />Housing Land Donation Agreement, passed 4-0-3 by electronic vote, with Mayor Gee <br />and Council Member Eakin recused, and Council Member Howard absent. <br /> <br /> 8.B.
