Adopt a resolution determining that environmental review of the 1900 Broadway <br />Project has been completed pursuant to Section 15168 and Section 15183 of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; <br />2. Adopt a resolution adopting amendments to the General Plan Mixed Use -Downtown <br />Designation for property located at 1900 Broadway; <br />3. Adopt a resolution adopting an amendment to the Downtown Precise Plan for <br />property located at 1900 Broadway; <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving the 1900 Broadway Project including an Affordable <br />Housing Plan, Affordable Housing Partner, Land Donation, and Affordable Housing Land <br />Donation Agreement; a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map, a Downtown Planned Community <br />Permit, and a Use Permit, subject to Conditions of Approval); and <br />5. Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance approving a Development <br />Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Lane Partners (1900 Broadway). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Project Consistent with General Plan or Zoning (Section 15183) <br /> <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Martinez Saballos, to adopt a resolution determining <br />that environmental review of the 1900 Broadway Project has been completed pursuant <br />to Section 15168 and Section 15183 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Guidelines, passed 4-0-3 by electronic vote, with Mayor Gee and Council Member Eakin <br />recused, and Council Member Howard absent.
