Redwood City Historic Landmark Designation and a Historic Preservation Agreement <br />(Mills Act Contract) for the property located at 1337 Hopkins Avenue <br /> (304) Reso 16259 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Jeff Schwob introduced the item, and Senior Planner <br />Ryan Kuchenig gave the staff presentation. <br /> <br />Owner and applicant of 1337 Hopkins Avenue, Emanuel Robinson, gave a presentation. <br /> <br />Mayor Gee opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Mayor Gee closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 1337 Hopkins Avenue a Redwood City <br />Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 8. Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the <br />Environment; and Class 31. Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Martinez Saballos, to adopt a resolution designating <br />the residence at 1337 Hopkins Avenue a Redwood City Historic Landmark and <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute a Historic Preservation Agreement, passed <br />unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br /> 7.B. Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for the property located at 1200 <br />Arguello (304) Reso 16260 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Jeff Schwob introduced the item, and Assistant <br />Planner Jonathan Turner gave the staff presentation. <br /> <br />Owner and applicant of 1200 Arguello Street, Satya Chandrasekar, gave a presentation. <br /> <br />Mayor Gee opened the public hearing.
