<br /> <br />__________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD/ November 4, 2024 <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES PAGE 5 <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 69 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Mayor Gee closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution of the City Council approving and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for 1200 Arguello Street. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 8. Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the <br />Environment; and Class 31. Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation <br /> <br />Motion and second, Eakin and Howard, to adopt a resolution of the City Council <br />approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for 1200 Arguello Street, passed unanimously by <br />electronic vote. <br /> <br />8. STAFF REPORTS – None <br /> <br />9. STUDY SESSIONS <br /> <br /> 9.A. Study Session on the City’s Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Assessment and adaptation <br />planning efforts <br /> <br />Public Works Services Director Terence Kyaw introduced the item, and Sindy Mulyono- <br />Danre from Public Works Services and Matt Brennan from Environmental Science <br />Associates gave a presentation. <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comments: <br />• Mark Bartholomew <br />• Chris Macintosh <br />• Nina Goodale <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive an update on City’s Sea Level Rise Vulnerability and Adaptation Planning Study <br />and provide individual City Council member input regarding the City’s efforts in future <br />adaptation planning. This is a Study Session, and no action will be taken at this meeting. <br />
