Existing Facilities <br /> <br /> 6.H. Resolution authorizing the submission of a funding application for the Bay Road <br />Complete Street Rehabilitation Project – One Bay Area Grant 3 (OBAG 3) Program <br /> (304) Reso 16282 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing the filing of an application for $3,806,790 in funding <br />assigned to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and committing any necessary <br />matching funds and stating assurance to complete the project. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Actions associated with adopting a resolution of support and accepting funding do not <br />constitute a project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines <br />section 15378(b)(4). Future construction of the project will be categorically exempt from <br />the requirements of CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c), Class 1 <br />(“Existing Facilities”) for the repair and maintenance of existing highways and streets <br />with negligible or no expansion of an existing use. As it is required for the federally <br />funded projects, this project is subject to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). <br />NEPA documents will be prepared and submitted to Caltrans at the 65% design stage. <br /> <br /> 6.I. Tentative Agreement for a Successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between <br />City of Redwood City and the bargaining unit represented by the Redwood City Police <br />Officers’ Association (RCPOA) Amendments to the City’s Classification and Salary and <br />Wage Plan, and Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget Amendment due to increased salary and <br />benefit costs (304) Reso 16283 <br /> Reso 16284 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Tentative Agreement relative to wages, hours, and other terms <br />and conditions of employment for employees represented by the RCPOA, for the period <br />of August 26, 2024 through August 29, 2027;
