Adopt a resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan for <br />classifications represented by RCPOA and unrepresented Police Officer Trainee <br />classification; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to the FY 2024-2025 <br />general fund budget to increase expenditures in the amount of $705,000 for increased <br />salary and benefit costs related to the RCPOA Successor Memorandum of Understanding <br />and unrepresented Police Officer Trainee classification that begin in FY 2024-25. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.J. Agreement for the City of Redwood City to provide financial and accounting services <br />to South Bayside Waste Management Authority (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with South <br />Bayside Waste Management Authority for the City of Redwood City to provide financial <br />and accounting services in an amount not to exceed $281,526, for Fiscal Years 2024-25 <br />and 2025-26, with the term beginning on July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.K. Parcel Map and Associated Agreements for the development at 500 Broadway <br />Stanford Health Care, Block E (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the Parcel map for the merger at 500 Broadway of Stanford Health <br />Care Block E; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement with Stanford Health Care; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with Stanford Health Care; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to <br />the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Stanford Health <br />Care. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Environmental Impact Report
