Award contract to Wilsey Ham Engineers to complete the design for the Core Sewer Capacity Improvement Project, which will upsize current sewer infrastructure near downtown Redwood City (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement for Services with Wilsey Ham Engineers to develop Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) and provide civil engineering consulting services for the Core Sewer Capacity Improvement Project in the amount of $655,911 and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the contract amount, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $721,502. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.M. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with Tetra Tech, Inc. for professional emergency management services (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Services with Tetra Tech, Inc. to provide professional emergency management services for an amount not to exceed $150,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $250,000, from September 2022 through September 2025. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.N. Amendment No. 2 to the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement with the Redwood City School District (RCSD) adding Hoover Gymnasium at Hoover School to the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Joint Use Agreement between the Redwood City School District and the City of Redwood City with the same term as stated in the original Joint Use of Facilities Agreement executed on November 12, 2012 of twenty years (20) from its original date of execution, with automatic renewals every five (5) years unless terminated earlier. There is no fee associated with this agreement.
