Award contract to Wilsey Ham Engineers to complete the design for the Core Sewer <br />Capacity Improvement Project, which will upsize current sewer infrastructure near <br />downtown Redwood City (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the <br />Agreement for Services with Wilsey Ham Engineers to develop Plans, Specifications, and <br />Estimates (PS&E) and provide civil engineering consulting services for the Core Sewer <br />Capacity Improvement Project in the amount of $655,911 and authorize the City <br />Manager, or designee, to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the <br />contract amount, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $721,502. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> 6.M. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with Tetra Tech, Inc. for professional <br />emergency management services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the <br />Agreement for Services with Tetra Tech, Inc. to provide professional emergency <br />management services for an amount not to exceed $150,000, for a total not-to-exceed <br />contract amount of $250,000, from September 2022 through September 2025. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.N. Amendment No. 2 to the Joint Use of Facilities Agreement with the Redwood City <br />School District (RCSD) adding Hoover Gymnasium at Hoover School to the Joint Use of <br />Facilities Agreement (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute Amendment <br />No. 2 to the Joint Use Agreement between the Redwood City School District and the City <br />of Redwood City with the same term as stated in the original Joint Use of Facilities <br />Agreement executed on November 12, 2012 of twenty years (20) from its original date <br />of execution, with automatic renewals every five (5) years unless terminated earlier. <br />There is no fee associated with this agreement. <br /> <br />
