CM 100% <br />Digital Billboard Study Session held on October <br />14, 2024; Request for Information (RFI) for one <br />digital billboard was released on December 20, <br />2024, due February 28, 2025. <br />Process all eligible Outdoor Business <br />Permit applications by October 2024. <br />CM 50% <br />Of the 51 applications, 24 are approved (17 have <br />license agreements); 20 additional have <br />resubmitted at least once; 7 have not <br />resubmitted and will have their applications <br />closed. Some ordinance changes or changes to <br />the Guidelines have been needed; this has <br />happened or is in process. <br /> <br />Although all eligible applications have not been <br />approved and signed license agreements, the <br />processing time has reduced; CD and ET have <br />responded to all resubmittals within 2 weeks. <br />Staff sent Courtesy Notices to all non-permitted <br />parklets in December 2024 of intent to enforce <br />codes associated with their outdoor businesses. <br />5.A. - Page 47 of 75 <br />49
