The <br />analysis is expected to be completed by the end <br />of March 2025, with a revised fee study coming <br />to City Council in April-May 2025. <br />Implement near-term improvements for <br />the Pedestrian Mall on Broadway and <br />Redwood Creek with first phase <br />improvements completed by March 2025. <br />CM 25% <br />This has been split into six sub-streams of work, <br />all of which are currently underway and in <br />varying stages of design. Engineering staff plan to <br />have all the projects completed this year. The <br />sub-streams are: <br />• Main Street Lot Enclosure (50% complete) <br />• Permanent Bollards (20%) <br />• Traffic Signal Modifications (20%) <br />• Public Art (10%) <br />• Garage Access Improvements (50%) <br />• Various Loading Improvements (50%) <br />SMARTIE Goal: By December 2024, <br />develop and finalize the scope of work for <br />the Downtown & Central Redwood City <br />Plan in collaboration with the selected <br />consultant team that outlines process <br />necessary for drafting the Plan including a <br />community engagement plan intended to <br />reach the breadth of the Redwood City <br />community. <br />CD 100% <br />Scope and outreach plan are complete. <br /> <br />5.A. - Page 48 of 75 <br />50
