ET 100% <br />City and Caltrain staff is developing a <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to <br />be presented to the City Council in late <br />February-early March 2025 for their <br />approval. MOU will cover the roles and <br />responsibilities of each agency to complete <br />the PSR.
