This includes the right to grant and accept easements on City owned property. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The authorization to execute and accept two easements, each of which encumber approximately 800 <br />square feet of City owned property identified in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 of this Staff Report, is <br />for the common benefit of the City. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to granting and accepting of these easements. <br />6.C. - Page 1 of 6 <br />16
