Page 4 of 4 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />funded through the grant, 26 percent from development Transportation Impact Fees (including a <br />$422,000 contribution from the Elco Yard development), 26 percent from Measure A Fund 262, and 4 <br />percent from one-time General Fund Allocation to Transportation Projects. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The Project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the CEQA Guidelines per Section 15301 (Class <br />1) because the Project consists of maintenance and repair of existing facilities with no expansion of the <br />existing use or capacity.
