The City Council hereby repeals existing Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Chapter 15, Article I, in its entirety and replaces it with the Article I provided in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby repeals existing Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Chapter 15, Article II, in its entirety and replaces it with Article II provided in Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Enforcement of Section 15.6B of Article <br />II shall be delayed for the businesses identified in Section 15.41A (Sale or Distribution of <br />Flavored Tobacco Products Prohibited) until August 31, 2025. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby amends Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Chapter 15, Article III, as provided in Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference, by adding the text shown in double underline (example) and deleting the text <br />shown in strikeout (example). <br /> <br />Section 6. The City Council hereby amends Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Chapter 15, Article IV, as provided in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference, moving the existing Article V to Article IV and adding the text shown in double <br />underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example). <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Council hereby amends Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Chapter 15, Article V, as provided in Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference, moving the existing Article VI to Article V and adding the text shown in double <br />underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example). <br /> <br />Section 8. The City Council hereby repeals existing Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Chapter 15, Article IV, in its entirety and replacing it with Article VI provided in Exhibit F, <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />Section 9. The City Clerk is directed to cause this Ordinance to be published in <br />accordance with applicable law. <br /> <br />Section 10.
