Learn why this is important at <br />https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification ] <br />To who it may concern (eg City Council members): <br /> Regarding setting Redwood City priorities at the priority retreat, as a Redwood City resident for the past 18 years <br />here are the critical top items that the city should focus on: <br />1. Remove the homeless encampment that has been built next to the county navigation center off of Maple Street <br />(Working with whatever other jurisdictions needed). Develop a more effective approach so that the homeless don’t <br />just change locations every few months-solve the issues to get them off the streets: get them off the street (back into <br />care by their families, or psychiatric or addiction treatment facilities, expand the Navigation center, etc). <br />2. Get the budget under control so that various sales tax measures and other measures don’t need to be continually <br />brought to the voters every year to increase our taxes (and so that our utilities do not continue to increase). <br />Sent from my iPhone
