REV: 02-05-25 LF •Perform work Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm, such that the City can be notified of any emergency or immediate need for repairs to any of the boilers. Task 2 •Respond to calls for unscheduled work (“Extra Work”) from the City in a timely manner relative to the scale/urgency of the Extra Work. •Extra Work is unscheduled work. The Contractor shall provide any of the services listed above at the request of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee on a time and material basis. Fees: City shall pay Contractor on a per task basis per the fee schedule below. Task 1 will be performed once annually at each facility at a total fixed cost of $16,135. Annual services performed under Task 1 shall be invoiced by facility. Contractor must provide the facility inspection report with each invoice to demonstrate completion. Invoices shall be billed with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. Task 2 will be performed on an as-needed basis at an hourly rate with a percentage mark- up applied to materials costs for a total amount not to exceed $82,865. Invoices shall be billed monthly with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation.
