Two quarterly Staff Liaison meetings <br />have been held with the third scheduled for <br />February 2025. <br />SMARTIE Goal: In alignment with the <br />City’s Language Access Policy, the Building <br />Division will provide multi-language <br />informational brochures and documents <br />on applicable municipal codes, as well as <br />information about the Building Division’s <br />workload (e.g., issued and pending <br />building permits), on the City’s website to <br />enhance community education by June <br />2025. <br />CD 50% <br />In 2024, trash can handouts were translated to <br />address recurring public nuisance violations. As of <br />December 2024, documents designed to guide <br />permit application processes have been translated <br />into Spanish, with Chinese translations currently in <br />progress.
