CM 50% <br />The City has received its first application to <br />the HPP and is reviewing it. On track with <br />meeting the goal of completing one <br />preservation project by June 2025. <br />Release a 2024-2025 Notice of Funding <br />Availability (NOFA) for new affordable <br />housing production by June 2025. CM 0% <br />Due to a vacancy in the Housing Division, work <br />on this has been deferred to FY2025-26. <br />Implement the Habitat for Humanity Home <br />Rehabilitation Loan Program and complete at <br />least two projects by June 2025. <br />CM 25% <br />Delayed due to staffing changes at the City <br />and Habitat for Humanity and the <br />complexities of developing a brand-new <br />program. Habitat began accepting applications <br />for the Program in October 2024. Due to high <br />demand, a lottery was held to select <br />applicants. Habitat is currently processing five <br />applications. Two applicants have been <br />approved and Habitat is developing project <br />scopes of work.
