Amendment No. 1 to Central Square Solutions <br /> Agreement for permitting software solutions to be <br /> funded by development permit revenues <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Central <br />Square Technologies, LLC for ongoing permitting software <br />solutions (ComDev), extending the term to February 25, <br />2026, and increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $56,153, <br />for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $426,153 <br />covering the time period February 2021 to February 2026.
