CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.F. Fourth amendment to the 2019 Action Plan to <br /> reallocate unused Community Development Block Grant <br /> Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds to a healthcare job training <br /> program <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the fourth amendment to the 2019 Action Plan <br />which reallocates unused Community Development Block Grant <br />Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds previously set aside for rental assistance to <br />offer free healthcare job training program for low-income Redwood City <br />residents; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a CDBG- <br />CV agreement with STEP Into A Job! for $143,609 to provide a healthcare <br />job training program by March 2026 for low-income Redwood City <br />residents, subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes <br />approved by the City Attorney and take all actions necessary to effectuate <br />the agreement.
