Scope of Work <br /> <br />This Scope of Work identifies the terms and conditions necessary to accomplish the <br /> <br /> <br />As detailed in Exhibit A.2, the Program objective is to fund grantees to implement <br />actionable, person-centered local proposals that resolve the experience of unsheltered <br />homelessness for people residing in encampments. <br /> <br />Grantees will implement their ERF funded local proposals in compliance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement, the NOFA under which the Grantee applied, the <br />n, HCD guidance and directives, <br />and the requirements per the authorizing statute. <br /> <br />Expenditures shall be consistent with the legislative intent of the authorizing statute to <br />ensure the safety and wellness of people experiencing homelessness in encampments. <br />Permissible eligible uses and activities are detailed below in Exhibit B, Budget Details <br />and Payment Provisions. <br /> <br />Grantees are expected to be close partners with HCD.
