Date: 01/22/2025 <br />(m)-of-. <br /> <br />Additional definitions for the purposes of ERF program : <br /> <br />a Continuum of Care or a Local Jurisdiction that receives grant funds from <br />HCD <br /> <br />S R <br />G <br /> <br />that have <br />been fully paid and receipted, and no invoices remain outstanding. <br /> <br />services, or entered into similar transactions that require payment using ERF funding. <br />Grantees must expend and obligate the funds by the statutory deadlines set forth in this <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4. Scope of Work <br /> <br />This Scope of Work identifies the terms and conditions necessary to accomplish the <br /> <br /> <br />As detailed in Exhibit A.2, the Program objective is to fund grantees to implement <br />actionable, person-centered local proposals that resolve the experience of unsheltered <br />homelessness for people residing in encampments. <br /> <br />Grantees will implement their ERF funded local proposals in compliance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement, the NOFA under which the Grantee applied, the <br />n, HCD guidance and directives, <br />and the requirements per the authorizing statute. <br /> <br />Expenditures shall be consistent with the legislative intent of the authorizing statute to <br />ensure the safety and wellness of people experiencing homelessness in encampments. <br />Permissible eligible uses and activities are detailed below in Exhibit B, Budget Details <br />and Payment Provisions. <br /> <br />Grantees are expected to be close partners with HCD.
