Date: 01/22/2025 <br />BUDGET DETAIL AND PAYMENT PROVISIONS <br /> <br />1. Payee <br /> <br />Name: City of Redwood City Amount: $ 2,850,628.24 <br /> <br />2. General Conditions Prior to Disbursement <br /> <br />All Grantees must submit the following completed forms prior to ERF being released: <br /> <br />A. Request for Funds Form <br /> <br />B. STD 213 Standard Agreement form and Exhibits A, B, D and E <br /> <br />C. STD 204 Payee Data Record or Government Agency Taxpayer ID Form <br /> <br />3. Disbursement of Funds <br /> <br />ERF will be disbursed to the Grantee in one allocation upon receipt, review and <br />approval of the completed Standard Agreement and RFF by HCD. <br /> <br />The RFF must include the proposed eligible uses and the amount of funds proposed to <br />be expended. <br /> <br />4. Budget Details and Expenditure of Funds <br /> <br />The Grantee shall expend Program funds on eligible uses and activities as detailed in <br />the submitted, approved budget. HCD reserves the right to direct specific line-item <br />changes in the originally submitted Application budget or subsequently submitted <br />budgets. <br /> <br />A. Budget Changes <br /> <br />1) Process: <br /> <br />Budget modification requests should be made as part of the quarterly <br />report process. These requests will be reviewed in the first week after <br />quarterly reports are received. HCD may consider budget change <br />requests outside of this process, through email as needed due to <br />documented, exigent circumstances.
