Date: 01/22/2025 <br />HCD will review submitted Final Work Products and collaborate with Grantees to <br />cure any deficiencies by April 15, 2029. <br /> <br />Grantees are expected to continue performing until April 15, 2029. This means <br />timely and accurate reporting, candid communication of success or <br />shortcomings, and availability of persons, information, or materials. <br /> <br />E. Expenditure and Obligation Deadlines: <br /> <br />1) Grantees shall expend no less than 50 percent and obligate 100 percent <br />of Program funds by June 30, 2026. <br /> <br />2) Grantees that have not obligated 100 percent of their Program funds by <br />June 30, 2026, shall submit an alternative disbursement plan to HCD for <br />approval no later than July 30, 2026. This alternative disbursement plan <br />should detail the explanation for the delay and plans for all future <br />obligations and expenditures. <br /> <br />3) Grantees not meeting the requirements outlined in paragraph (2) above <br />may be subject to additional corrective action, as determined by HCD. <br /> <br />4) All Program funds (100 percent) shall be expended by June 30, 2027. <br />Any funds not expended by this date shall revert to the fund of origin <br />pursuant to HSC Section 50253(d)(5). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.017/State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (Encampment Resolution Funding Program)(REV: 02-07-25 MI) (Page 8 of 25) <br />6.D. - Page 14 of 32 <br />94
