Such notice shall be effective when <br />received as indicated on email. Changes to the HCD Contract Coordinator, designee, <br />and / or contact information or grantee information can be made without a formal <br />amendment. <br />6. Effective Date, Term of Agreement, and Deadlines <br /> <br />A. This Agreement is effective upon execution by HCD, which includes signature <br />from the Grantee and HCD. This is indicated by the HCD provided signature and <br />date on the second page of the accompanying STD 213, Standard Agreement. <br /> <br />B. Performance shall start no later than 30 days, or on the express date set by HCD <br />and the Grantees, after all approvals have been obtained and the Grant <br />Agreement is fully executed. Should the Grantee fail to commence work at the <br />agreed upon time, HCD, upon five (5) days written notice to the grantee, <br />reserves the right to terminate the Agreement. <br /> <br />C. Grantees will continue to perform until the Agreement is terminated, including <br />data reporting and participation in program evaluation activities, as needed. <br /> <br />D. This Agreement will terminate on April 15, 2029. <br /> <br />Grantees shall submit a Final Work Product by April 1, 2028.
