REV: 01-09-25 MI <br />E. Report <br />Following evaluation, cleaning and minor repair, Contractor shall prepare a written <br />report. The report shall contain color photographs from both the interior and exterior <br />surfaces. The report shall contain detailed recommendations for any safety, sanitary, <br />or rehabilitation requirements along with estimated costs. <br />The Contractor shall supply one (1) printed copy of the report, one (1) electronic copy <br />of the report in PDF format, copies of photographs (in high-resolution JPEG format), <br />and videos shall be provided on USB flash drives. Electronic video files shall be <br />playable on native Windows 10/11 based applications and shall not require the <br />installation of proprietary software to be viewed. Alternatively, photographs taken may <br />be provided on two (2) copies of CD, and the video inspection of tanks may be <br />provided as two (2) copies of DVDs. <br />All reports, photographs and videos shall become property of the Redwood City Public <br />Works Services Department. <br />F. Safety Plan <br />Work must be performed in accordance with the latest AWWA, California State Water <br />Resources Control Board (CA SWRCB), and Occupational Safety and Health <br />Administration (OSHA) regulations. This shall include, but is not limited to, OSHA <br />standards for tank and confined spaces entry. Contractor is required to submit a <br />written safety plan prior to commencing any work. <br />G. Warning Signs and Barricades <br />If required, the Contractor shall provide suitable warning signs and barricades to <br />protect the public from injury due to its operations or presence of its equipment on or <br />near the site of work. <br />H. Schedule of Work and Time for Completion <br />The Contractor shall consult with the Redwood City Water Division or its designated <br />representative in planning its work schedule to make sure the Redwood City Water <br />Division is ready to proceed. Work shall be scheduled no less than two weeks in <br />advance. <br />All work shall be performed during Redwood City’s Public Works work schedule of <br />Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Work shall be scheduled and completed within <br />the fiscal year indicated for each tank between the months of July and September, <br />except for tanks scheduled for FY 2024-25 which shall be completed by April 2025. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.003/H2O Solutions, L.L.C.
