Stockpiling of Equipment and Material <br />The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for securing adequate and <br />proper places for storing materials and equipment. The Contractor shall obtain <br />permission for use of Department property before storing materials. The Department <br />has limited space available in the corporation yard. <br />K. Cleanup <br />Upon completion of each portion of the work, the site shall be cleaned of all debris <br />and equipment and shall be left in a neat condition to the satisfaction of the <br />Department and its designated representatives. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />A. The total not-to-exceed contract amount is One Hundred Forty Thousand <br />Dollars ($140,000) as allocated below. The Contractor may invoice the City <br />with net 30 payment terms once the cleaning and inspection services for the <br />specified water tanks have been completed within the designated fiscal year, <br />as outlined below. <br />I. Cleaning, Inspection, & Report <br />Contractor shall receive a flat rate fee of Seventy-Seven Thousand Dollars <br />($77,000) for the cleaning, inspection, and reporting for the fifteen potable <br />water storage tanks identified below.
