Additionally, the Summary of <br />Benefits is established to ensure Executive Management benefits stay in balance with other city <br />employees. <br />I. EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT BENEFITS APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING CLASSIFICATIONS: <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />Assistant City Manager <br />Assistant Community Development <br />Director <br />Assistant Director of Administrative <br />Services <br />Assistant Engineering and <br />Transportation Director <br />Assistant Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Director <br />Assistant Public Works Director/Chief <br />Sustainability Officer <br />City Clerk <br />Community Development Director <br />Community Development Services <br />Manager – Building <br />Community Development Services <br />Manager - Planning <br />Communications Manager <br />Deputy City Attorney <br /> <br />Deputy City Manager <br />Economic Development Manager <br />Engineering and Transportation <br />Director <br />Equity and Inclusion Officer <br />Finance Director <br />Financial Services Manager <br />Fire Chief <br />Human Resources Director <br />Human Resources Manager <br />Information Technology Director <br />Information Technology Manager <br />Library Director <br />Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Director <br />Police Captain <br />Police Chief <br />Public Works Services Director <br />Senior Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />Individuals in the above classifications are at-will employees and shall serve at the pleasure of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />The following Council appointed positions will receive at a minimum all benefits of the Executive <br />Management Group and at Council discretion any additional benefits: <br />City Attorney <br />City Manager <br />The provisions of this Summary shall continue and remain in full force and effect until such time <br />as any modifications or amendments are approved by the City Council. This Summary does not <br />create any contractual right, or any express or implied contract of employment. The City of <br />Redwood City retains the full discretion to modify this Summary at any time in accordance with <br />law.
