Page 4 of 9 <br />6.E.Outdoor Business Activity Program update and resolution to repeal and replace <br />attachment V of Volume III (Design Criteria) of the 2019 Engineering Standards <br />to provide updated Outdoor Business Activity Program Guidelines and provide <br />semi-annual update on Outdoor Business Activity Program <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending the 2019 Engineering Standards for the City of <br />Redwood City by repealing and replacing Attachment V - the Outdoor Business <br />Activity Program Guidelines, under Part XI, within Volume III: Design Criteria. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F.Memorandum of Understanding between the Cities of Redwood City and South <br />San Francisco and the County of San Mateo for the provision of Community <br />Wellness Crisis Response Team (CWCRT) FY 2024-2025 <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve a one-year agreement authorizing the City through the Redwood City <br />Police Department to collaborate with the City of South San Francisco and the <br />County of San Mateo to continue to provide the Community Wellness Crisis <br />Response Team (CWCRT) program at a total cost of $249,432, and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding in substantially the <br />form presented. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G.Tentative Agreement for a Successor Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) <br />between City of Redwood City and the bargaining unit represented by the <br />Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 521 (SEIU), amendments to <br />the City’s Classification and Wage and Salary Plan to update the salary range for <br />SEIU classifications, meet 2025 local minimum wage requirement, and amend <br />the job descriptions for Building Inspector and Permits Technician, and Fiscal <br />Year 2024-25 Budget Amendment due to increased salary and benefit costs <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Tentative Agreement relative to wages, hours, and other <br />terms and conditions of employment for employees represented by SEIU Local <br />521, for the period of February 1, 2025 through January 23, 2028; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan <br />to update salary ranges for all classifications represented by SEIU, update the <br />salary ranges for certain classifications in compliance with the City’s Minimum <br />Wage Ordinance, and amend job descriptions for Building Inspector and Permits <br />Technician; and <br />4
