Page 1 of 3 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />DATE: March 10, 2025 <br />SUBJECT <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with Netto Planning Services, LLC to provide on-call <br />specialized planning services <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for <br />Services with Netto Planning Services, LLC, to extend the contract term by 2 years, for a total contract <br />term of 4 years, and increase compensation by $250,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $350,000 <br />covering the time period of March 20, 2023 through March 20, 2027, to be funded through cost recovery <br />agreements with project applicants. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />In February 2023, an informal bidding process was completed for specialized planning project <br />management on-call services. Netto Planning Services, LLC was selected to provide services to the City. <br />Redwood City Municipal Code section 2.63.4(C) authorizes the City Manager to approve and award <br />contracts for professional services of $108,000 or less. In 2023, the Community Development Department <br />selected Netto Planning Services, LLC to provide specialized project planning services and on March 20, <br />2023, the City entered into an Agreement for Services with the firm for an amount not to exceed $100,000. <br />6.N. - Page 1 of 8 <br />577
