<br /> <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> Implement Phase 2 of 15 mph school speed zone around three addi Ɵonal schools <br />in summer 2025. <br /> Complete construcƟon of ADA curb ramp project. <br /> Implement Phase 1 improvements relaƟng to AB 413 (DaylighƟng Law) around <br />downtown and near schools. <br />Bicycle Circulation: <br /> Complete construcƟon of Vera Avenue bicycle boulevard project. <br /> Complete construcƟon of Redwood Avenue pavement and bikeway improvement <br />project. <br /> Finalize design for the Broadway road diet and bikeway improvement project <br />(between Chestnut Street and Maple Street). <br /> Finalize design and construcƟon documents for El Camino Real protected bikeway <br />project, southbound from Brewster to Vera Avenue. <br /> Update the city’s zoning code for minimum bicycle parking requirements for <br />various types of uses in downtown and non-downtown areas. <br /> Update the City municipal code for “Bicycle-Micromobility” chapter to reflect the <br />new and emerging changes around this topic. <br />Public Transit: <br /> Finalize the supplemental study in preparaƟon for the environmental phase for <br />Caltrain’s Grade SeparaƟon project, a collaboraƟon between the City and Caltrain. <br />Sustainable Transportation System: <br /> Finalize the TransportaƟon Management AssociaƟon (TMA) feasibility study and <br />associated city code changes that support the study recommendaƟons including <br />updates on Chapter 48 of the municipal code for TransportaƟon Demand <br />Management (TDM) program. <br /> Update CirculaƟon Chapter of General Plan and Street Typology secƟon of this <br />chapter to support City’s traffic safety and complete streets goals. <br /> <br />Housing Element <br />City staff will continue implementation of the various programs in the Housing Element and <br />anticipates bringing additional updates to the Zoning Code and other programs that address <br />program requirements for Planning Commission recommendation and City Council approval in <br />late 2025. <br /> <br />Building Community Element <br />Pursuant to Goal BC-4 of the Building Community Element, the City will open the new Veterans <br />Memorial Senior Center (VMSC) in Red Morton Park to the Redwood City community in 2025. <br />6.A. - Page 50 of 52 <br />59
