CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 6.A. 2024 Housing Element Annual Progress Report on <br /> the City’s progress toward meeting its 2023-2031 <br /> Regional Housing Needs Assessment obligations and 2024 <br />General Plan APR on the City’s progress toward implementing <br />the General Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the 2024 Housing Element Annual <br />Progress Report (APR) and the 2024 General Plan APR and <br />authorize the City Manager to submit them to the State of <br />California Department of Housing and Community <br />Development and Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation <br />(respectively) in compliance with Government Code Section <br />65400 (Administration of the General Plan).
