6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 6.B. Final acceptance of two sanitary sewer emergency <br /> repair projects: the Emergency Veterans Boulevard <br /> Sanitary Sewer Repairs and Replacement Project <br /> (Phase 2 of 3) and supplemental 2024 Emergency <br /> Veterans Boulevard Sewer Replacement Project <br /> Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, accept the Emergency Veterans Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Repairs <br />and Replacement Project (Phase 2) and authorize the release of bonds and <br />retention according to City procedures; <br />2. By motion, accept the supplemental 2024 Emergency Veterans Boulevard <br />Sewer Replacement Project and authorize the release of bonds and retention <br />according to City procedures; and <br />3. By motion, approve the City Manager’s emergency action and determine that <br />the supplemental 2024 Emergency Veterans Boulevard Sewer Replacement <br />Project was necessary to respond to the emergency, and retroactively authorize <br />the City Manager’s execution of the construction contract with SubTerra <br />Construction, Inc. for $685,676.
