Agreement for Services with Tetra Tech, Inc. for on-call <br />Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) <br /> system maintenance and troubleshooting <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute an Agreement for Services for on-call SCADA system <br />maintenance and troubleshooting for a one-year term <br />through 2026 in an amount not to exceed $440,000, including <br />City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two <br />additional two-year terms through 2030 for $919,996 and <br />$976,024 each extension, for a total contract not-to-exceed <br />amount of $2,336,020.
