Policy <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute <br />the purchase of five Toyota Prius LE, two Toyota RAV4 LE, and one Toyota Sienna <br />LE from J E H Enterprises, Inc. dba San Francisco Toyota in the amount of <br />$283,183. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.M.Award a one-year agreement for the On-Call Concrete or Asphalt Repair and <br />Replacement Project to Bay Area Paving Co. in an amount not to exceed <br />$800,000 to support the as-needed replacement of concrete sidewalks and <br />asphalt pavement in the City’s right of way <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the On-Call Concrete or <br />Asphalt Repair and Replacement Project to Bay Area Paving Co. through 2026 in <br />an amount not to exceed $800,000. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2.
