REV: 03-05-25 JB <br />TASK 6: FINAL REPORT <br />Upon conclusion of the fee study, the Consultant will prepare a detailed report <br />summarizing the results of each of the previous work tasks described above. This report <br />will include: <br />A succinct executive summary discussing the study, methodology, and the results. <br />A narrative describing the services included in the study. <br />A section on proposed modifications to the current fee schedule, including removal <br />or addition of new fees for service. <br />The analysis includes a section on each fee's per-unit and annual results and <br />where workload data is available. <br />A comparative survey section outlines key fees and compares them to those of <br />other local jurisdictions. The section also provides contextual information regarding <br />budget, staffing, and the date the jurisdiction last conducted fee studies. <br />PROJECT TIMELINE <br />Consultant will complete all tasks within three months of initial meeting. The timeline may <br />be extended with approval of Economic Development Manager. . <br />City will compensate Consultant monthly on a time-and-materials basis per the rate <br />schedule below: <br />Position Hourly Rate <br />Principal-in-Charge $300 <br />Project Manager $250 <br />Analyst $150 <br />The table below sets for the estimated time and cost to complete each task. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.035/Matrix Consulting Group, Ltd.
