REV: 01-09-25 MI <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Project Name: Data Processing and Integration Enhancements for AgencyCounter <br />Consultant: Buildingeye, Inc. <br />Agency/Client: City of Redwood City, California <br />Effective Date: As per Date of Signing of this Amendment <br />Reference Agreement: Amendment to Original Agreement <br />1. Scope of Work <br />The Consultant agrees to deliver the following enhancements and services: <br />1.1 Data Processing <br />1.Daily Data Updates: <br />o Accela PublicStuff Integration: Process daily updates of records from <br />Accela PublicStuff into AgencyCounter. <br />o ComDev Code Enforcement Integration: Process daily updates of <br />records from ComDev Code Enforcement into AgencyCounter. <br />o Bidirectional Data Flows: Process daily updates of records and status <br />changes from AgencyCounter into Accela PublicStuff, if possible. <br />2.Data Presentation in AgencyCounter: <br />o All records held in both systems will be synchronized and available in <br />AgencyCounter. <br />o Consultant will curate and display record details tailored to user cohorts, <br />with role-based access controls defining access to data and features. <br />3.Alerts System: <br />o Creation and Customization: Consultant will design an alerting system <br />with notifications based on user-defined criteria, as determined by the <br />Agency. <br />o Notification Capabilities: Users will receive alerts via the chosen <br />notification methods, as determined by the Agency. <br />4.Reporting Features: <br />o Consultant will develop and deploy scorecards summarizing data from <br />ComDev Code Enforcement and PublicStuff. <br />o Reports will be generated in PDF format using standardized templates. <br />1.2 Integrations <br />1.Data Inclusion: <br />o Integrate data from Accela PublicStuff (311 Module) for internal users. <br />o Incorporate ComDev Code Enforcement Cases (Enforcement Module) <br />into AgencyCounter. <br />2.Data Push: <br />o Configure bidirectional integration to push status updates from <br />AgencyCounter to Accela PublicStuff, if possible. <br />1.3 Prerequisites <br />1.City-Provided Access: <br />o The City must provide full access to all required data endpoints for <br />integrations. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
