REV: 01-09-25 MI <br />o Assistance from the City and vendors is needed to resolve data structure <br />changes in Accela PublicStuff (post-January 2023). <br />2.Secure Data Transfer: <br />o ComDev Code Enforcement records will be provided via secure upload. <br />1.4 AgencyCounter Platform and Features <br />1.Included Services: <br />o Publicly available AgencyCounter instance hosted on AWS. <br />o Bilateral data flows mapped in AgencyCounter on Mapquest. <br />o Guaranteed 99.99% uptime SLA with up to 10 years of data history. <br />2.Features: <br />o Unlimited searches and curated data updates. <br />o Role-based access to information and features (Guest, Public, Internal <br />users). <br />o Notifications based on alerts configured by users. <br />o Scorecards accessible by time period, module, and local area. <br />3.Additional Benefits: <br />o Complimentary integration testing instance for the Agency’s project team. <br />o A promotion package for service communication at various stages (pre- <br />launch, launch, post-launch). <br />o Dedicated account manager for support. <br />2. Deliverables <br />The Consultant will provide the following deliverables: <br />Fully integrated and operational data flows between Accela PublicStuff, ComDev <br />Code Enforcement, and AgencyCounter. <br />Customizable alerts and notification systems. <br />Role-based access-controlled user interface within AgencyCounter. <br />PDF report templates generated from integrated data. <br />Promotion and testing support as outlined in 1.4. <br />3. Timeline <br />The enhancements described in this addendum are to be completed within eight weeks <br />of signing of this Amendment. Specific milestone dates for each component (data <br />processing, alerts, reporting, integrations) will be established in the project plan. <br />4. Compensation <br />The additional services described herein and named AgencyCounter Code <br />Enforcement/311 Pack will incur annual subscription fee of $17,885 plus our standard <br />data service fee @ 5% for each subsequent term. Further to this, one-off charges of <br />$5,000 will be incurred for each API and Bilateral integration for defray bespoke <br />engineering costs. Payment terms will adhere to the original agreement unless otherwise <br />stated. Total compensation under this Amendment shall not exceed $50,000. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
