REV: 02-07-25 LF <br />Subrecipient will retain a consultant/contractor to develop the scope of work and <br />oversee the entire process including, develop the bid package, bid process and <br />vendor selection, including contractor and sub-contractors and supervision to <br />perform the scope of work. The contractors or subcontractors for such work shall <br />be selected in conformance with all applicable CDBG laws and regulations. <br />Subrecipient will obtain necessary building permits from the City prior to the <br />commencement of the work and after the completion of the work. <br />Project Schedule <br />The Project will be completed within 36 weeks of contract execution.
