Any adjustments to the <br />hourly rate will be negotiated prior to the beginning of each extension term. The increase <br />shall be based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) but shall not be more than 3% of the <br />prior year’s hourly rate. Consultant shall submit any hourly rate increase requests to the <br />City for approval in writing prior to each extension <br />I.
