REV: 01-30-25 LF <br />II. Hourly Rates <br />Consultant will charge all hourly rates using the above hourly rate schedule, including <br />for emergency calls and after-hours work. Consultant will not charge a separate hourly <br />markup for any service call. <br />On-site emergency calls are subject to a two-hour minimum hourly charge, <br />inclusive of travel time. <br />On-site non-emergency calls will be charged a three-hour minimum hourly <br />charge, inclusive of travel time. <br />Remote work will not have a minimum hourly charge. <br />III. Parts and Materials <br />Consultant will receive pre-approval from the Public Works Wastewater and Water <br />Superintendents for all parts and materials purchased for the City.
